All returns must be pre-authorized. To obtain pre-authorization, please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to return or exchange a product, the product must be in new condition and unopened.
If your contact lenses arrive damaged from shipment, please contact the shipping company UPS or if they were mailed standard shipping, USPS.
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, please return it immediately for a full refund and free shipping on the correct item.
If you change your mind on a order, we offer a full refund if the product has not left our warehouse. If you return the product with 7 business days, we will refund the full purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
